Arlo Base unable to see two of the four cameras that I have on my system

I went onto the arlo website to my account and my account does not see two of the 4 camaras that i have  on the system, my iphone app see's all 4 but my wife's only see's the two, how do I fix this problem.

check and make sure the "shared" cameras under Grant Access are toggled on for your wife to see
