Arlo Base stopped working - Bought 4 years warranty from Walmart.com and they are not honoring

I bought a base and two Arlo cameras as a set on 6-4-22 via walmart.com and a 4 (FOUR) year warranty and Walmart.com is not honoring it.  The Allstate warranty rep can see that my base and 2 camera paid for at $479.00 and 4 years of warranty at $77.00 shows it expires in 2026.  But, they cannot process my claim. This is unacceptable that I've paid over $3K to protect my parent's property in Michigan and cannot get support that I've paid for with all the cameras and solar panels to charge those cameras.  I need helo.

First, why on earth are you posting personal info on an internet forum?

Arlo only warrants the system for 1 year in the US. They have nothing to do with any Walmart warranty so you're in the wrong place to find help. You have to work through Walmart/Allstate.
