Arlo Base station is not connecting to the internet.

Hello,

My Arlo Base Station has been working fine up until this morning when my cameras were suddenly disconnected while viewing the Arlo app on my iPhone.

When i returmed home from work, I found that the internet was all connected but the base station internet light had turned to amber instead of green. The other two lights were green.

I turned off the base station and turned it back on and I am now only getting the power light coming on without the other two lights coming on at all. The base station is not able to connect to the internet.

I have tried different ethernet cables and different ports without luck. I have also tried to do a factory reset but again, the power light is the only light that comes on and turns from amber to green.

 

Any ideas??

I think the base station died.  Create a trouble ticket for an RMA.
