Arlo Base Won't Connect After New Internet Box

We lost power a few days ago. Lost the internet box and had to have it replaced. Now I can't get the base to connect to the internet..

The "internet box" needs to have ports 80, 123, 443 open for Arlo to connect. You might need to get your ISP to check these ports are open if you aren't sure how to do it yourself
