Arlo Base Station Offline

Power went out, came back on in the middle of the night, have a solisd amber light. Turned of and on to no avail. Unit is surge protected, other equiptment is fine

Which Light ?  

Anyway, first try a power button reboot... (takes 1-2 mins to reboot )

if NG still, try a full reset ( hold in reset only for ten secs or so till front leds flash amber ) resync may be needed.

If still NG, contact Netgear support
