This morning I went on my Iphone to check my Arlo cameras at my lake cottage.  I have eight cameras and each camera view on the app said something like "firmware update available " (didn't write it down.)  Anyway, I clicked on one of the cameras and it indicated "fireware update in progress, do not remove batteries."  I set my camera aside without touching any other buttons, but came back about 20 min later and each of the eight camera views says "Your basestation is offiline, check if it is powered up.... etc."   It's been that way for about 1 hour now.  I know my internet is working since I also have an internet thermostat which is currently online and functioning well.   I obviously can't reboot the basestation or router since I'm not there (4 hr drive.)   Any ideas??

DS60,

If the base station is remaining offline, it will unfortunately need to be physically rebooted.

This has happened so many times for me that I've put all my base stations on Z-Wave switches so I can always hard power cycle them remotely. It's really unfortunate.
