Arlo Base Station Is Offline After Power Outage

My power went out and now my cameras are offline can I fix them without removing them?

If the base station has the power and internet LEDs as green, tap the sync button on each camera. They should come back with no changes. If you hit the sync button on the base, the cameras will rejoin in a different device order
