Arlo Base Station Cameras recording all the time but only plays back for one second!

Again I have tried Factory reset and what was instructed to try! Camers recording all the time for what ever seting placed on from 10 sec to 120 sec, but will only play back for one second! However when uploaded by computer to Pictures file will play complete recording! Help what has changed. Hunders of recordong from all 4 camers!!!!

Sounds like a local phone problem. Restart the phone, reinstall the app.
