My Arlo App is frozen on the home screen. I've removed the app and reinstalled (more than once). No change. It worked for over a year and now nothing.

What phone and OS version? Have you rebooted it? Have you tried a different device?

IPhone 11 - I've rebooted and reinstalled. It does work on another phone we have.

Assuming older phones are supported and have current OS updates, I would think factory resetting the phone would be the next step.
