Arlo App doesnt 'find' base station

So tried everything on this forum. The app keeps searching but doest find the base station to connect to it. Both lights are green (power/internet) I have an apple router, but that shouldnt be a problem. Changed the DCHP/NAT setting that I read somewhere on here....still nothing!! Please Help!!

I think I already answered this in another thread.  To use the app for setup, the phone has to be on WiFi on the same network as the router and base station.  Perhaps using a computer would be easier.

Ill try that but the phone is on the same wifi network...

Were you able to get through setup when using a computer? If no, consider a factory reset of the base station and attempt to run through setup again.

Yeah through the computer had no problem. Maybe its an issue with app itslef when set up a new system.

But it already set up!
