Arlo App Software Update Causing Videos To Disappear

Videos disapear after viewing them and battery level no longer viewable since Arlo App have been upgraded. This is common to manyh users and Arlo needs to revert back to the old software of make changes so these fuctions work.

What device do you have & what OS is it running? Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo Mobile App?

i am using iPhone X and running iOS 12.1 the latest software. Yes I have removed and reinstalled the Arlo App and it made no differnce at all.

This all happened after the latest Arlo App upgrade and many many people are experiencing the same issues.
