Within the last week the Arlo App is NOT refreshing camera images on startup, it use to do it.

Also, I have noticed weird behavior within the app when playing back recorded videos within the app.  Sometimes when playing a video half way through, it will jump to a completely different day and play that video.

I have uninstalled/re-installed  the app, still same behavior.

I have noticed similar behavior and have notified the Arlo team.

The development team is currently investigating reports of this issue. I will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share.

I was in touch with James a few days ago. They are still trying to get to the bottom of this issue.

I am also still seeing it.

It appears to be account related.
