App won’t load. Keeps saying signing in but nothing. Waiting for 20 minutes.

Can’t get my app to load. Every time I try to view my app it just keeps keeps saying signing in and than nothing happens. Sat there for 20 mins waiting for it to load.

Phone model? OS version? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app?
