App sending alerts but not showing recording activity

Arlo is sending me alerts when it is activated by movement but is not recording to app so I can view. Just stopped and hasn't worked in 3 days.. I can view live but that's all

If you don't have a filter set in the library, open a case with support here.

I don't know what a filter is.. I haven't changed anything but the batteries.. it was working fine until last Tuesday.. everything thing is working except it hasn't been saving any videos.. it give me an alert and then when I go to look and see what the alert was there's nothing there and it takes a really long time to process.. hasn't been working for 3 days.. will try and send screenshot

See that funnel icon at the top that's green? That means a filter has been set, perhaps because you clicked on the numbered circle for a camera in the Devices tab. Click on that funnel and reset it. Save. you should now see all videos.
