App can’t find any device. My base has all lights green and solid and my cameras have new batteries. I did all the troubleshooting. I don’t know what else to do. Please, help!

All LEDs green means the system is already set up. It's time to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices as well as to hold the base reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Claim the base and then sync the cameras.
