I am beginning to think the setup instructions need to be rewritten with more clarity.  I just powered up the base station and both green lights are on.  I have also sync'd up the cameras.  However, I cannot seem to complete the setup process.  When I hit continue on my iPhone I get a message that I need to connect to the internet.  I have already done that, plugging into the back of my Comcast modem.  Not sure where to go here.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Two things:

1. Setup on a phone has to be done over WiFi, not cell service.

2. You mention two LEDs. There should be 3 if you're syncing cameras - power, Internet and camera. If you haven't started syncing cameras yet, just the power and Internet LEDs should be green.

So, how many green lights do you have? Two is not enough, you need three. In another post you said you had an amber light on the base station. Is this still the case?

If you say you synced the cameras, but only have two green lights on, something isn't right.

Which lights exactly are green?

From left to right, the lights on the base station are: power, Internet, cameras.

You need to register at least one camera to make the third light green.

I don't think you can even register a single camera if your Internet light isn't green.
