it's not as simple as asking them to send you a cam on a forum.  At the bottom of page is methods of contacting technical support.

Since this is a known issue, it should be SIMPLE.

but you have to take the necessary action and contact technical support.  I don't know of a single company/product by making a public forum post will initiate a warranty replacement/repair.  This forum serves many purposes but not this.
