Amber Base station power LED

can not get amber power lite to go green, have tried factory reset.....liinked to router that powers this computer.   Have tried different power sources.  This unit is 18 months old.

The power button is only AMBER during a reboot of the base ...it should be Green all the time after.

If you RESET the base ( holding in the reset for 10+ sec till the leds flashed ) and still amber...
