Amazon fire tablet app on amazon appstore

I have seen other apps not on Amazon app store.  I was wondering why?

I suspect either

- Amazon appstore requires their libraries MUST be used bypassing Arlo control of secure communications 

- Arlo management doesn't think it is worth the time to get on the amazon appstore

- Amazon won't approve it since they cannot monitor all activity for tracking purposes

- Amazon won't approve for some obscure reason to cover the fact they want you to purchase cameras they have stake in,or ones using their AWS servers

- Arlo thinks they won't lose any market share

I just want to know which side is playing games.
