Always Offline and NOT syncing. Blue light flashes but shows amber light. Tried resetting.

I have the basic Arlo (Netgear) cameras and one is working fine but the other is constantly offline, has rarley ever worked. I've changed batteries three times, tried syncing it and the blue light will flash a few times then an amber light blinks fast for about 10 seconds. I have also reset the base station and deleted the device to try and resync it but nothing is working. Help please!!

I also have the same problem... One works well and the other does not sync to base...

What could be the problem?

Hey betorn29 and szabi510,

 

Make sure not to hit the sync button too long when syncing the cameras. Feel free to read this article to learn how to troubleshoot when your Arlo cameras won't sync to the Base Station: My Arlo camera will not sync with my SmartHub or base station; how can I troubleshoot it?
