All cameras offline

All 4 cameras are offline for weeks. I tried rebooting the base. Tried reseting camera, after reinserting batteries, it blinks 1 blue light and stops. My android app says a token expired but I can still log in manually. This is the worst tech product I ever bought. Even when it was working I had to rebook base every few days. My internet is fine, I use FIOS 100/100 fiber. Is there anyway to resolve this or am I screwed?

It sounds like the batteries may be depleted. Have you tried inserting fresh batteries?
