Hi,

I have NOT updated to the "new" Arlo experience, because of the missing features.

For about a week, the Arlo app no longer is able to control the cameras. It says they appear to be offline, but they aren't.

Recordings and alarms still work fine.

It's just the app that refuses to talk to the cameras.

Anyone else?

Does that mean Arlo is forcing users to update?

Is the device reporting offline, or is there a black thumbnail with red exclamation mark? Do you have a screenshot of this by chance?

 

Also, which version of the Arlo app are you using?
