All Cameras offline for days showing "not connected to internet"
Is there a problem with Arlo services? All my cameras are offline and have been for days. Each camera has an error message that they are not connected to the internet. All batteries are new. I triple checked the connections, and reset both routers. It is very frustrating that they do not work. In addition, Arlo support chat is blocked at work. Why doesnt Arlo have an email addrress? Can anyone help with my frustration?

What LED lights are showing on your Base Station? Have you tried restarting your Base Station and see if it recognizes your router? You can also try changing your ethernet cable and see if you are receiving internet connection.
