Advanced AI detection no longer working

Hello, help required.

Since 22nd of may my arlo front door camera has stopped giving me what it is detecting, just motion alerts. Thoughts were that it was an AWS issue or app issues that would resolve.

Have done the basics, clear cache, reset camera, updated app, reinstalled app.

I’ve had the camera 3 years and pay the subscription yearly paid in February.

Have you double-checked that the smart detection is still enabled for the camera?
