Trying to add a friend. I gave them admin rights and have selected all cameras, but when they log in to the app the cameras are not there.

They did. No matter what browser we used and on different laptops/desktops it kept timing out. However, just now she was able to log in and now has access. Thank you

DO you see the invite as being pending in your account under Settings, Grant Access? Did the invitee click on the link in the email to log in? Did they try doing so on a computer which seems to work better?

They did. No matter what browser we used and on different laptops/desktops it kept timing out. However, just now she was able to log in and now has access. Thank you
