Ac power has been disconnected from your Arlo device. Activity zones are currently disabled. What's the point using batteries in Arlo cameras when you need to be connected to AC power to get the cameras to work as they are supposed to do?
- What camera model do you have?
- Do you have a subscription for the camera?
Some (not all) cameras have hardware support for activity zones. That will work w/o a subscription, but requires AC power, because the camera is always capturing the video and analyzing it for motion.
With a subscription, you have cloud-processed activity zones. The camera streams to the cloud when it detects motion, and the cloud determines if the the motion was in the zone or not. If there is no motion in the zone, the recording and notification is supressed.
If you are suddenly seeing this message, it suggests that your trial subscription have just lapsed (or that you discontinued your subscription).

I have 4 Arlo cameras, the one not working is an Arlo PRO 2, valid Verisure subscription.

Not sure how the Verisure sub connects to Arlo Secure, but it sounds like you should be able to set up activity zones. When you go into "manage cameras", does the Pro 2 still show up in the subscription plan?
If it does, then I suggest using Arlo support (the app should offer you phone support, since you have a subscription).

Caniz,
I recommend contacting support local to your region using the Arlo Secure app. Within the Arlo Secure app, you can find support options by navigating to Settings > Support.
