Activity zone not picking up anything

Since12th of October my Arlo cameras stopped recording movement.

The activity zones are not picking up the movement, removed them and added them again. Nothing seems to work.

Movement is detected and recorded when the activity zones are removed.

All settings are correct, how do I solve this??

Have you tried to remove the camera from Settings > My devices > Re-Add?

Yes, I've tried it all. I'm currently talking with support to help them test and resolve the issue. Will post the result once the case has been solved.
