Arlo needs to increase account security by adding two factor ID login. My ex is a stalker and regularly logs into my cameras despite me changing my password. It’s very frustrating to keep changing my login email and password just to keep him from logging in.
I’d also recommend Arlo keep track of IP addresses so victims of stalking can go to the police with documentation that a particular IP address keeps logging into their camera system.

Tho I agree two factor is good..... don't see how if your Email and PW is changed, he's still able to get into account.

Probably spyware on my computer that I haven’t been able to detect or clean off. I also use the same password for everything. I’ve changed my password so many times I can’t even remember what it is most of the time. The reason I know when he logs in is I stop getting notifications on my phone when a camera is triggered. Also, he looks at the video clips from my 4 cameras and the video count resets to zero.

Once you’re stalked by a sociopath you’ll understand the lengths they’ll go to to accomplish their goal.

Sounds like an issue for police/lawyer.

As far as I know, I cannot get from Arlo/Netgear his IP address logging into their server? Are you aware of any plans to implement 2 factor login?

A lawyer with apropriate paperwork may be able to get the info from Arlo. I'm not a lawyer, though, and have never played one.

No idea on the 2FA.
