ARLO camera constantly saying batteries need changed

I have 5 cameras, work beautifully.

I have to change the batteries on one of them, and have done.  I held it to the base and the lights flash rapidly blue, to confirm the re-sync of the camera.  However on my app and computer it shows that the batteries still need to be changed and I cannot update it.  

What do I do?  What am I doing wrong?  I've put three sets of batteries in it!
