ARLO Wireless VMB3500 base can not be discovered after Factory reset

After last update all of my cameras kept going Offline.  After reboot and syncing numerous times I did a Factory Reset and removed from my devices per Arlo KB.  Now I can not get the Arlo app to recognized by Base Station making all of my cameras useless.  The Power light is green and the Internet and LED are Amber.  Any help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated

Until the Internet LED is green, ain't nuthin' gonna work. Try rebooting your router and base, in that order. You may need to try a different cable and router port. Once the middle LED is green you should be good.
