I added a couple Arlo Wireless and one will not work. Streaming goes to CANNOT CONNECT TO MEDIA SERVER or Timed Out before it does anything. I have tried to readd the camera as new add and took batteries out and anything that I saw to do but nothing streams. I can hear it clicking but there is no video or recording. I just purchased a couples, maybe at the most, back and it worked but had a few problems and then just went out and wouldn't do anything. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO GET IT WORKING???? We use for our neighborhood and this is frustrating.

Does it record on motion sensing?
Live streaming not working used to happen to me before I upgraded my internet connection. What speeds do you get from www.speedtest.net ?

Just found this old thread that indicates that it could be an Arlo Server issue or possibly that one of the required ports on your router is closed. You'll need 80 and 443 to be open.
Maybe @JamesC can let us know if there are end issues on the server side

emra921,
You seem to indicate having more than one camera. Are all cameras behaving this way or is it specifically one camera?

1969amor,
Are the cameras set to the "Armed" mode? Check your modes and be sure the appropriate mode is set for motion detection.
