ARLO Smart Hub - I cannot see the hub on my PC.

I have an ARLO VMC2030 camera and also an ARLO Smart Hub.  I have an USB drive inserted into the hub.  I have the app installed on my iPhone and my iPad and everything works fine, including recordings being saved to the USB drive.  I have also accessed the camera via my PC.   However, I cannot see the hub on my PC.  I have tried adding a device, but it my PC cannot see the hub.   I have been through the installation process for the hub, powering it down, disconnecting the cords, reconnecting the connection to the home WiFi router and then powering up the hub again.   My PC cannot see the hub.   How do I get this working please?  rgds, Murray

If you are referring to viewing the local USB direct storage recordings using the arlo web portal on browser then this feature is not implemented. Access is via the mobile app only.
