ARLO RMA process fails to complete VMB4000

I had lodged a case #41435451 and received an automated e mail for a RMA. However the RMA process failed to complete as it did not recognise the New Zealand country option,  and the system logged me out. The link does not work a second time.

 

I did not receive the email with an RMA number.

 

I have twice returned to the case and asked for a follow up but have not received it.

 

I see earlier posts on the community of similar problems with the RMA process back in late 2018. I trust that this Post frees up the process.
