Good afternoon,

After the app update, my first-generation Arlo Go camera stopped sending notifications about detected motion. I can still view the live stream, but when I enable security mode and leave home, I no longer receive any alerts.

I have tried everything — deleted and reinstalled the app, reset the camera to factory settings — but the camera still does not send notifications.

Why is this happening?

Do you have custom modes enabled and the Arlo Go set up within there?
