ARLO DISPLAY BECOMES RED

I bought 3 cameras, but the display on Mobile App of two of them becomes red. I restarted many times, at beginning recover to normal, but after a while they change to red again. What shall I do?

If pulling the battery to reset the camera doesn't fix.... then contact Netgear Support for possible hardware issue OR exchange at place of purchase

Do a Google search on Arlo cameras showing red (or pink). It should take you to an Arlo Community thread where one user had a method involving putting the camera face down in the dark for a while and then slowly lifting it letting light in until he heard a click. He said that did.

 

Me, I just rapped my against my leg a few times and it cleared right up. You might not want to do that if yours are still in warranty.

None of the recommended fixes to restore the camera back to a normal picture, from red,  works when I am monitoring from a remote location.
