I WAS ABLE TO SYNC ONE CAMERA, BUT CANNOT SEEM TO SYNC THE OTHER THREE CAMERAS

First thing is to make sure your using a "quick push" on the base sync button ( do not hold ).... this seems to be one of the most common errors during syn'ing the Arlos.
