AL1101r4 light wont connect with battery; when plugged in, shows plug icon and not recharging icon

AL1101r4 lights; I tried to recharge all my lights; but only one reconnected to light hub after a day of charging. When I plugged the light in using adapter, it came online. However, icon symbol is a plug icon and not the recharging icon. The recharging icon only appears with the light that had reconnected. Does this mean the other batteries can NOT be recharged and is not strong enough to connect the light to the network?? Seems strange that all but one went into failure.

Seeing the plug icon and not a battery of any sort means there's something missing between the battery and camera. Could be that either one has an issue so connection can't be made or that the battery simply isn't making contact. Clean the contacts on the battery and light and make sure the battery is fully inserted. You may want to swap batteries around to see what happens.
