3 OTHER CAMERAS WORK THIS CAMERA HAS NOT WORKED SINCE UPDATE 36 DAYS AGO.

IT WILL SYNC IT IS ONLINE BUT DOES NOT RECORD. I HAVE DONE ALL THE STEPS 3 DOZEN TIMES

Unfortunately, we don't know what all the steps are. List them so we don't duplicate effort.

Disconnected router , reconnected! Changed batteries ! Removed camera , reinstalled camera, camera syncs everytime w base . Shows it’s connected to base and online ....but has not recorded anything in 36 days after it updated

It's possible you have a dead camera. First, though, are you using the default Armed mode or a custom one? If custom, removing a camera will require that you add it back in to your modes. Only the Armed mode is automatically built.
