3 Of 4 Cameras Went Offline

My cameras are going offline and not able to reconnect. Yes, I have rebooted the Wi-if router; Yes, I have rebooted the Arlo router; Yes, I have removed the device; and Yes, I have followed the Re-sync process with fresh batteries. Any thoughts on how to return the defective cameras?

It's very unlikely that 3 cameras would suddenly become detective.

What I would do is delete the cameras using the app then do the paperclip reset of the base and then start the installation from scratch.

Are you checking the cameras using your app or the web interface? I have had an instance where the app shows the camera as offline but the web interface shows it as connected.

Don’t feel bad. 4 of my 6 cameras are mostly offline and switch off and on at random. Anyone want to but this sorry System?
