My cameras are on, but stopped recording to my iphone or lap top. I'm out of town, what do I do? I know batteries are good.

Are the running men in the Devices tab black or gray? Have you checked your modes to verify that recording is enabled?

Thanks, the "man" symbol is not showing...? I have the cameras on schedule mode. Maybe got disconnected from the internet at the base station???

The running men are in the Devices tab. Is that where you're looking?

Try using the Armed mode to see if that works. You can also try restarting the base in Settings.
