2nd camera not see by iphone app

My iPhone 4s sees both cameras and their output.  But my boyfriend's iPhone 5S also used to see both until yesterday.  His Arlo app only shows one camera. Now no amount of re-syching the camera will help.

If you are sharing the camera via Grant Access with your boyfriend, go back and check the settings for share,,,it is per camera and with the updates maybe one lost it's settings for same
