2FA and accessability (mentally disabled) discussion

Hi

If we have a customer at work who's mentally disabled (at work) and they cannot understand/handle Two Factor Authentication. 2FA is being forced, but this change will basically make the system unusable for this customer.

Arlo, any comments on this? Aren't you considering people with accessability problems?
