2019 App Update Keeps Requiring Me To Reinstall My Entire System

I use iOS devices. My older devices continue to work fine because I cannot update to the most recent update. However my apple xr has problems. It requires me to reinstall my system. I.c. Resyncing my cameras and finding my base

 

i am disabled and fine this a hardship. I delete the app and reinstall it. This may or may not allow me to use my current system. I can't find a pattern at this point

 

please help

Are these cameras or base station appearing offline? what are the error messages you receive?
