I moved from my home in June 2023 and reached out to cancel my subscription. Come to find myself still being charged all this time later, I take partial blame for not paying enough attention but find it hard to understand why it wasn’t cancelled. But now I’ve come to the app, to once again try to cancel and I’m getting the run around from all channels. Please make this right.
