2 synched cameras not connecting to app?

I have 3 cameras all of which are synched. Only one camera shows up as connected in the ARLO app.  The other two are within 10 metres of the base station and my plan says I can connect up to 5 cameras.  Could you please provide some advice?  Thanks

 

PROBLEM SOLVED -just did a resynch.  Don't know how to remove the post though.
