First off the fact that Arlo does not have a direct customer service number is just stupid I cant believe it. With that being said I upgraded my phone now the 2 step verification does not recognize my phone and when you try to use recovery methods nothing it sent to email or to the number I have listed on my account. I am literally locked out of my dashboard and can't access the cameras. I have tried re-booting the device I have tried to access via a desktop and nothing. So if anyone has figured this out I would love to know. I love how Arlo just lets its customers figure out for themselves.
