1 of 4 cameras defective out of the box - will not sync with base station

VMS3430-100NAS

 

Brand new, fresh out of the box setup and installation - 3 cameras worked fine, no problem at all syncing them to the base station.  The 4th camera will not sync up - the blue light flashes for a long time after the sync button is pushed, but it never connects.  Tried multiple times, camera is within 8" of the base, other cameras had no problems.

 

This is the 4 camera + base set package, so I need to know how to get a warranty replacement for the single non-functional camera.  Can't find a phone number on the website anywhere, so I'm posting here?  Hopefully this works...

You can create a trouble ticket by contacting support through the links here but for a new system I'd suggest just replacing it from the place you bought it.  Prolly faster.
