I've had my cameras for about 5 days and now one of the cameras is saying "camera offline" but my other camera works. What's wrong with my camera? 5 days and problems already. Please help.

Good morning Freebird,

If you haven't already done so, try power cycling the camera to see if the reset brings it back online. Another thing to try is swapping batteries with the working camera as a test. If your camera is placed in a highly active area that triggers motion detection frequently it's possible the batteries are depleted.

Please let us know if any of these steps helped resolve the issue.

I look forward to your next update.

Best Regards,

Christine

I went out to get the camera and bought it inside and it started working again. So, i didn't do anything but basically take the camera off the mount and it worked? Not sure why but of course its the important camera watching an area that has been vandalized before. I will keep an eye on it and anymore problems i will post them. Thanks for the reply.

Can this be done remotely? I too am having the same problem. I have a 4 camera system and one stopped working.

Just a shot in the dark but it may be that the camaera is at the edge of good connection and/or there's some interference with other wireless devices.  As you say, keep an eye on it.

The only thing you can do remotely is to restart the base.  Anything else requires physical interaction.

If you reboot the base remotely and the cameras don't come up, then yes it will require a physical interaction as cameras don't reboot remotely.
