Here's a new weird/odd one. Earlier today, I got notified about low CR123 battery power at 6% on an old original Arlo camera (1.5.295 (firmware version) & H7 (hardware)) from 2015. So, I replaced its old four batteries with new four new ones (Energizer brand). The camera worked with manual live stream and automatic recordings. However, its battery power status show red status icon and at 0% in both iOS apps and web site with four different Arlo accounts. These batteries are not rechargeable.

Uh, did Arlo break something again? Other original Arlo camera and Pro 2 cameras still work with their old batteries.

Thank you for reading and hopefully answering soon. 🙂

Have you tried rebooting the phone? Try clearing the browser caches and log out/in to see if the display changes.

Worked on it again. Removed the batteries, cleaned the inside battery contacts, shook anything inside out with the help of gravity, and put in another set of new CR123 batteries. Same results. Opened the cover and then partially closed. It worked normally again. Closed its cover fully and still worked. Sheesh! Maybe this old 2015 camera is dying. 😞

Why reboot all five iPhones, an iPad, and clear Firefox's caches? 😉 Anyways, I fixed it in my above post but that was weird/odd.
