Can the Wired Floodlight (FLW2001-100NAS) connect with the VMB4540 SmartHub?

I'm considering purchasing the Wired Floodlight Camera; however, my arlo setup is centered on the VMB4540 SmartHub. I've reviewed the wired floodlight's manual, and I know it primarily connects via your home WiFi. I do not see reference to connecting via an Arlo SmartHub. 

My setup is local, and I locally record and do not want the Arlo cloud secure subscription.

If doesn't support the smarthub yet.  Likely they will add smarthub support later on - that is what they've done with most new camera models.

It could take a while (about a year after release).
